There are two main ways to view feedback from your coach and communicate with them on the platform:
1. Through Notifications
When your coach sends you a message, a notification will appear in the bell icon located at the top right corner of the page. This icon will show a visual indicator when you have new messages. Click the bell icon to open and view all your notifications, including feedback from your coach (see the explanatory image below).
2. Inside Your Active Activity
If you’re currently working on an activity, you can also access feedback directly within it. While inside your active activity, go to the task tabs and click the “Connect with Coach” button. This will open a dedicated space where you can see your coach’s comments and add your own messages or replies (see the explanatory image below).
Response Time from Your Coach
When you reach out to your Industry Coach, you’ll see a message like:
“Thanks for reaching out! Your Industry Coach is on it. Please allow up to 24 hours for a response. Messages sent during evenings or on weekends may take a bit longer, but rest assured—you’re on their radar. In the meantime, keep exploring—and don’t forget, every great question gets you one step closer to career confidence!”
This means your coach has received your message and will typically reply within 24 hours (evenings and weekends may take a bit longer).
Using these two options ensures you don’t miss any feedback and makes it easy to communicate with your coach directly through the platform.
