You can easily communicate with your coach directly through the platform. Here’s how it works:
While Working on an Activity
If you’re currently participating in an activity, you can send a message right from inside it:
Open your active activity.
Go to the task tabs within the activity.
Click the “Connect with Coach” button.
This will open a dedicated communication space where you can view your coach’s feedback, comments, and guidance. You can also write your own messages or reply directly to your coach from there.

Coach Response Time
Once you send your message, you’ll see a confirmation message that says:
“Thanks for reaching out! Your Industry Coach is on it. Please allow up to 24 hours for a response. Messages sent during evenings or on weekends may take a bit longer, but rest assured—you’re on their radar. In the meantime, keep exploring—and don’t forget, every great question gets you one step closer to career confidence!”
This means your coach has received your message and will typically reply within 24 hours. Messages sent during evenings or weekends might take a little longer, but your coach will respond as soon as possible.
Stay Connected
Using this built-in communication feature ensures you always stay connected with your coach. It also helps you track all feedback and conversations in one place, making it easier to follow up and continue improving your work throughout the activity.
