To submit a support ticket, click the question mark button located at the top left of the page (see the image below) to open the Help & Support page.
Then click the Support Center button — located just below the page title next to the FAQs button (see the image below).
And provide the required information — Type of Issue, Perceived Priority, and Detailed Description of the Issue (see the image below). When you’re done, click the Submit Request button (see the image below) to send your ticket request.
After submitting your ticket request, you will receive an automatic email confirming the ticket request from the address ccsuport@scientone.com.
