To view and respond to questions or messages sent by your students, follow these steps:
1. Check your notifications
Look at the top-right corner of the screen and click on the bell-shaped icon.
This is where all your notifications appear. If a student has sent you a question or message, it will be listed there.

2. Open the student’s message
Click on the notification or message you received.
This action will take you directly to the student’s activity page, where you can review their submission and communication history.

3. Go to the communication tab
Once inside the student’s activity page, click on the tab labeled “Connect with Student.”
This will open the chat area, where you can see the student’s question or message and any previous conversation. (See the explanatory image below.)
4. Reply to the student
To answer the student’s question, click on “New Comment”, type your message, and then click “Post” in the bottom-right corner of the screen.
Your reply will be sent instantly and will appear in the same chat thread, allowing you to maintain a continuous conversation with the student.
This process ensures you can quickly view, manage, and respond to all student communications directly through the platform without needing to leave the activity environment.
